Abstract

Guru yang bekerja secara produktif sangat dibutuhkan di dalam pendidikan agar sekolah mampu mencapai hasil yang telah ditentukan bersama serta memiliki nilai unggul dari sekolah lainnya. Penelitian berikut bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi, komitmen organisasi dan lingkungan kerja non fisik terhadap produktivitas guru di SMP Mujahidin Surabaya. Penelitian berikut menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif serta metode analisisnya menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Teknik pengambilan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dengan jumlah sampel 31 responden. Hasil dari penelitian berikut memperlihatkan bahwasannya kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas dikarenakan nilai signifikansi 0,027<0,05. Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas dikarenakan nilai signifikansi 0,011<0,05. Lingkungan kerja non fisik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas dikarenakan nilai signifikansi 0,026<0,05. Kompetensi, komitmen organisasi dan lingkungan kerja non fisik secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas dikarenakan nilai signifikasi sebesar 0,000<0,05.

Teachers who work productively are needed in education so that schools are able to achieve mutually determined results and have superior grades compared to other schools. The following research aims to analyze the influence of competence, organizational commitment and non-physical work environment on teacher productivity at Mujahidin Middle School Surabaya. The following research uses a quantitative approach and the analysis method uses multiple linear regression. The data collection technique in this research used a questionnaire with a sample size of 31 respondents. The results of the following research show that competence has a significant effect on productivity because the significance value is 0.027 <0.05. Organizational commitment has a significant effect on productivity because the significance value is 0.011<0.05. The non-physical work environment has a significant effect on productivity because the significance value is 0.026
<0.05. Competence, organizational commitment and non-physical work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on productivity because the significance value is 0.000<0.05.
