Abstract
TK Aisyiyah 48 Surabaya menjadikan komunikasi antar orang tua dan guru sebagai salah satu perhatian yang serius, apalagi dimasa perkembangan anak dimana orang tua dan guru selalu berupaya agar hubungan atau komunikasi serta kerjasama harus terus terjalin agar terciptanya pembelajaran yang searah dan juga berjalan dengan baik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pola komunikasi antara orang tua dan guru berdampak terhadap perkembangan perilaku kemandirian anak dilingkungan TK Aisyiyah 48 Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan model peneltian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini yaitu guru dan orang tua peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan datanya melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi yang dilakukan oleh guru dan orang tua di TK Aisyiyah 48 Surabaya berlangsung melalui dua bentuk utama, yaitu komunikasi formal dan informal. Komunikasi formal terwujud dalam rapat orang tua, laporan perkembangan siswa, serta agenda sekolah, sementara komunikasi informal dilakukan melalui percakapan langsung saat mengantar atau menjemput anak, serta melalui media komunikasi digital. Bentuk komunikasi ini terbukti mampu menciptakan keterbukaan, meningkatkan pemahaman terhadap karakter anak, serta membangun kerja sama dalam membentuk perilaku positif siswa, seperti kedisiplinan, tanggung jawab, empati, dan sikap sopan santun.

Aisyiyah Kindergarten (TK) 48 Surabaya emphasized the importance of effective communication between parents and teachers, particularly during the critical developmental stages of children. Both parents and teachers work together to maintain strong communication and collaboration, ensuring a unified and effective learning experience. This study aims to explore how communication patterns between parents and teachers influence the development of children’s independence behaviors in the TK Aisyiyah 48 Surabaya environment. Using a qualitative research model and a case study approach, data was gathered from teachers and parents of the students through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings revealed that communication between parents and teachers occurs in two primary forms: formal and informal. Formal communications included parent meetings, student progress reports, and school agendas, while informal communication takes place through direct conversations during drop-offs and pick-ups, as well as via digital communication platforms. These communication methods have proven effective in fostering openness, enhancing understanding of children’s behaviors, and building collaboration to cultivate positive behaviors such as discipline, responsibility, empathy, and politeness.
