Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan bank syariah Indonesia di surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang dilakukan dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada 75 responden karyawan bank syariah yang ada di surabaya. Metode yang digunakan dalam mengambil sampel adalah Nonprobility Sampling dengan metode sampling insidental. Pengujian statistik dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas, uji reabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi liniear berganda, dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan bantuan software SPSS.

Hasil dari uji hipotesis penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel motivasi kerja diperoleh nilai thitung lebih besar dari ttabel yaitu 4,247 > 1,99346 dengan tingkat signifikan lebih kecil dari 0,05 yakni 0,000. Artinya motivasi kerja mempunyai pengaruh terdahap kinerja karyawan.Variabel lingkungan kerja di peroleh nilai thitung > ttabel yaitu sebesar 4,597 > 1,99346 dan tingkat signifikan lebih kecil dari 0,05 yakni 0,000. Artinya lingkungan kerja mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.Berdasarkan hasil uji F nilai signifikan yang di peroleh 0.000.hal ini menjukkan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Sehingga di simpulkan bahwa motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kineja kayawan. Besarnya variabel Motivasi kerja dan variabel Lingkungan Kerja dapat dilihat dari nilai Koefisien Determinasi (R2) yakni sebesar 0,494 atau 49,4% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 50,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain.

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work environment on the performance of employees at Indonesian Islamic banks in Surabaya. This study uses a quantitative approach conducted by distributing questionnaires to 75 respondents who are employees of Indonesian Islamic banks in Surabaya. The sampling method used was nonprobability sampling with incidental sampling. Statistical testing in this study used validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression testing, and hypothesis testing using SPSS software.

The results of the research hypothesis test show that the work motivation variable obtained a t-count value greater than the t-table, namely 4.247 > 1.99346 with a significance level smaller than 0.05, namely 0.000. This means that work motivation has an effect on employee performance. The work environment variable obtained a t-value greater than the t-table value, namely 4.597 > 1.99346, and a significance level smaller than 0.05, namely 0.000. This means that the work environment has an effect on employee performance. Based on the F test results, the significance value obtained is 0.000. This shows that the significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Therefore, it can be concluded that work motivation and work environment affect employee performance. The magnitude of the Work Motivation and Work Environment variables can be seen from the Coefficient of Determination (R2) value, which is 0.494 or 49.4%, while the remaining 50.6% is influenced by other variables.
