Abstract
Kinerja karyawan merupakan alat ukur dalam peningkatan kualitas karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel motivasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di TFQ Accecoris Surabaya.. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sampling jenuh sehingga seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sampel penelitian. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa motivasi dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan, dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,018. Namun, berdasarkan uji parsial (uji t), diketahui bahwa hanya variabel motivasi yang memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sementara lingkungan kerja tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 21,0%% variasi kinerja karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel motivasi dan lingkungan kerja.

Employee performance is a measuring tool in improving employee quality. This study aims to analyze the influence of motivation and work environment variables on employee performance at TFQ Accecoris Surabaya. The approach used is multiple linear regression analysis, with sampling techniques using a saturated sampling method so that all members of the population are used as research samples. Data processing is carried out with the help of SPSS software version 26. The results of the study indicated that motivation and work environment simultaneously had a significant effect on employee loyalty, with a significance level of 0.018. However, based on the partial test (t-test), it is known that only the motivation variable has a significant influence on employee performance, while the work environment does not show a significant influence. The value of the determination coefficient (R²) of 21.0% variation in employee performance can be explained by motivation and work environment variables.
