Abstract
Loyalitas karyawan merupakan faktor penting dalam mendukung keberlangsungan dan pencapaian tujuan PT. Duta Adpro Surabaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap loyalitas karyawan di PT. Duta Adpro Surabaya. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik sampling jenuh, dimana seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel penelitian yaitu 32 orang. Analisis penelitian menggunakan regresi linier berganda dan pengolahan data dilakukan dengan bantuan SPSS versi 27. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas karyawan dengan nilai sgnifikan sebesar <0.001 dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap loyalitas karyawan dengan nilai signifikan 0.003. Selain itu, secara simultan kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Dengan demikian, peningkatan sistem kompensasi yang sesuai dan penciptaan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif dapat meningkatkan loyalitas karyawan.

Employee loyalty is an important factor in supporting the sustainability and achievement of PT. Duta Adpro Surabaya’s goals. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work environment on employee loyalty at PT. Duta Adpro Surabaya. This study used a quantitative approach with a saturated sampling technique, where the entire population was used as the research sample, consisting of 32 people. The research analysis used multiple linear regression and data processing was performed using SPSS version 27. The results showed that compensation partially influenced employee loyalty with a significant value of < 0.001, and the work environment partially influenced employee loyalty with a significant value of 0.003. In addition, compensation and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee loyalty. Thus, improving the appropriate compensation system and creating a conducive work environment can increase employee loyalty.
