Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV Semoga Berkah 916 Sumenep. Sumber daya manusia merupakan aset strategis perusahaan yang berperan penting dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi, sehingga peningkatan kinerja karyawan menjadi hal yang sangat krusial. Kompensasi dan motivasi dipandang sebagai faktor utama yang mampu mendorong karyawan untuk bekerja secara optimal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan CV Semoga Berkah 916 Sumenep yang berjumlah 42 orang, sekaligus dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan skala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program IBM SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Motivasi kerja juga terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, secara simultan kompensasi dan motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan CV Semoga Berkah 916 Sumenep. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem kompensasi yang adil serta tingkat motivasi kerja yang tinggi mampu meningkatkan kualitas dan produktivitas kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi praktis bagi manajemen CV Semoga Berkah 916 Sumenep dalam merumuskan kebijakan pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang lebih efektif, khususnya dalam hal pemberian kompensasi dan peningkatan motivasi kerja, serta menjadi referensi bagi penelitian selanjutnya yang berkaitan dengan kinerja karyawan.

This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation and motivation on employee performance at CV Semoga Berkah 916 Sumenep. Human resources are a strategic asset for organizations, playing a crucial role in achieving organizational goals. Therefore, improving employee performance is essential for ensuring organizational sustainability and competitiveness. Compensation and motivation are considered key factors that can encourage employees to perform optimally. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. The population of this study consists of all employees of CV Semoga Berkah 916 Sumenep, totaling 42 employees, who were all selected as the research sample. Data were collected through a questionnaire using a Likert scale and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of IBM SPSS software. The results of the study indicate that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Motivation also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, compensation and motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at CV Semoga Berkah 916 Sumenep. These findings suggest that a fair compensation system and high work motivation can effectively enhance employee performance and productivity. This study is expected to provide practical contributions for the management of CV Semoga Berkah 916 Sumenep in formulating more effective human resource management policies, particularly in terms of compensation systems and motivational strategies, and to serve as a reference for future research related to employee performance.
