Abstract
Dalam sektor pelayanan kesehatan saat ini persaingan semakin ketat sehingga rumah sakit tidak hanya dituntut untuk memberikan pelayanan medis yang berkualitas tetapi juga mendorong kinerja karyawan supaya optimal. Kinerja karyawan di RSM Ahmad Dahlan Kediri diidentifikasi masih harus diperbaiki dari segi keramahan, keperdulian, penanganan keluhan pelanggan dan implementasi budaya keselamatan. RSM Ahmad Dahlan Kediri berupaya meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dengan menciptakan inovasi budaya kerja SIAP yang mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Solusi, Islami, Aman, dan Profesional. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji sejauh mana pengaruh inovasi budaya kerja SIAP terhadap kinerja karyawan, yang diukur dengan instrumen Individual Work Performance Questionnaire (IWPQ) yang mencakup tiga aspek yaitu Task Performance, Contextual Performance, dan Counterproductive Work Behavior. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif observasional dengan cross sectional study. Populasi adalah karyawan yang berhubungan langsung dengan pelanggan sebanyak 495 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan rumus Slovin didapatkan 83 responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner. Teknik analisis penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian kinerja karyawan RSM Ahmad Dahlan Kediri berbasis IWPQ didapatkan skor 73,1 masuk kategori tinggi. Analisis regresi menghasilkan koefisien regresi positif: β₁ (Solusi): 0.544, β₂ (Islami): 0.453, β₃ (Aman): 0.248, β₄ (Profesional):
0.424. Uji t mengkonfirmasi signifikansi keempat variabel: Solusi: α = 0,007, Islami: α = 0,021, Aman: α = 0,046, Profesional: α = 0,035. Hasil uji F didapatkan nilai Fhitung dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 (di bawah 0,05). Kesimpulan hasil analisis data didapatkan inovasi budaya kerja Solusi, Islami, Aman, dan Profesional masing-masing dan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini juga menghasilkan aplikasi SIAP berbasis Google Form untuk menilai kinerja karyawan berbasis IWPQ dan menilai budaya kerja SIAP. Dengan adanya digitalisasi maka penilaian lebih mudah, cepat, praktis, efektif dan efisien.

In the health care sector, competition is currently getting tougher so that hospitals are not only required to provide quality medical services but also encourage employee performance to be optimal. Employee performance at RSM Ahmad Dahlan Kediri is identified as still needing to be improved in terms of friendliness, caring, handling customer complaints and implementing a safety culture. RSM Ahmad Dahlan Kediri seeks to improve employee performance by creating a “SIAP” work culture innovation that integrates the values of Solution, Islamic, Safe, and Professional. This study aims to examine the extent of the influence of SIAP work culture innovation on employee performance, as measured by the Individual Work Performance Questionnaire (IWPQ) instrument which includes three aspects, namely Task Performance, Contextual Performance, and Counterproductive Work Behavior. This research uses quantitative observational with cross sectional study. The population is employees who deal directly with customers as many as 495 employees. The sampling technique using purposive sampling with the Slovin formula obtained 83 respondents. Data collected through questionnaires. This research analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis, t test and F test. The results of the research on employee performance of Ahmad Dahlan Kediri Hospital based on IWPQ obtained a score of 73.1 in the high category. Regression analysis produces a positive regression coefficient: β₁ (Solution): 0.544, β₂ (Islamic): 0.453, β₃ (Safe): 0.248, β₄ (Professional): 0.424. The t-test confirms the significance of the four variables: Solution: α = 0.007, Islamic: α = 0.021, Safe: α = 0.046, Professional: α = 0.035. The F test results obtained Fcount value with a significance level of 0.000 (below 0.05). The conclusion of the data analysis results obtained work culture innovation Solutions, Islamic, Safe, and Professional respectively and together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of this study also produced a Google Form-based SIAP application to assess employee performance and assess the “SIAP” work culture. With digitalization, the assessment is easier, faster, more practical, effective and efficient.
