Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis disiplin, beban, dan kompensasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan mie Gacoan Cabang Kenjeran. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 30 karyawan. Kemudian teknis analisis data yang digunakan ialah analisis Uji T. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa Disiplin, beban, dan kompensasi kerja memiliki hubungan yang kuat, selanjutnya hasil penelitian menujukkan Disiplin berpengaruh signifikan secara positif tehadap kinerja karyawan pada Mie Gacoan Cabang Kenjeran.

This study aims to determine and analyze discipline, workload, and work compensation on employee performance of Mie Gacoan Kenjeran Branch. The sampling technique used is Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling with a sample of 30 employees. Then the data analysis technique used is the T-Test analysis. Based on the results of the study that Discipline, workload, and work compensation have a strong relationship, then the results of the study show that Discipline has a significant positive effect on employee performance at Mie Gacoan Kenjeran Branch.
